Homgart is a very young but rapidly growing chain of garden centres in the Moscow region. In August this year they are opening their first garden centre. It is expected that they will build 19 more garden centres in the next couple of years. As you can image it was very important for Hoogendoorn and our partner Venlo Group to be one of their key suppliers. After a long negociation we were happy to sign the contract for supplying the greenhouse, screening, irrigation unit and of course the Hoogendoorn process computer.

The iSii comes with two monitors as standard, providing you with a complete overview of the different control processes on your computer. Worksheets -you can create yourself- serve to operate the iSii and check results – for example via reports or graphs. Click on a worksheet, and you have all required data instantly available. The required influences can be freely chosen and connected to any group. It couldn't be simpler – so intelligent, so iSii.

Horticultural House and Hoogendoorn close deal in Poland

Hoogendoorn and Horticultural House, one of our partners in Poland, closed the deal with Mr. Rychel for a new process computer. Mr. Rychel and his wife run a nursery in the southern part of Poland where they grow gerbera's, cucumbers and tomatoes. At the moment a new greenhouse is build as an extension of the existing ones.

The process computer is already installed and running for their existing greenhouses. When the new greenhouse is ready this will be connected as well. Choosing for a Hoogendoorn process computer means it will be possible to create a better climate for the plants which will result in better yields. We wish Mr. en Mrs. Rychel all the best and look forward to extend our relationship in future projects.

A brand new iSii for Scottish Crop Research Institute

The brand new research glasshouse facility for Scottish Crop Research Institute has just been completed. The new structure of 1783m2 comprises of 3 glasshouse wings with 30 individual compartment each with fan ventilation, screens, hot water heating, benches, supplementary lighting, general electrics and irrigation. Also 8 of the compartments have air conditioning and cooling. A further 5 compartments have a more standard roof and side vent application. A Hoogendoorn iSii process computer provides control of the glasshouse unit with remote access via a touch screen facility for irrigation.
