If you are travelling from the East:
- Once you have passed Arundel, turn off left onto the B2132 towards Walberton/Arundel (you will see the "Oaks" pub on your left).
- Follow the B2132 for about two miles, until you see the railway crossing coming up.
- Turn right immediately before the railway crossing into Lake Lane.
- Follow this for about 300 metres, until you see Sussex Business Village on your right (through the gates).
If you are travelling from the West:
- Once you have passed Chichester, turn off right onto the B2132 towards Walberton/Arundel (you will see the "Oaks" pub on your right).
- Follow the B2132 for about two miles, until you see the railway crossing coming up.
- Turn right immediately before the railway crossing into Lake Lane.
- Follow this for about 200 yards, until you see Sussex Business Village on your right (through the gates).
